Please don't yell at me, I'm just a messenger :C
The people you work with can really either, A) encourage you, or B) make you feel like you're a nuisense. I just got done calling teachers for a research project of my prof's. I got yelled at. You could tell that the teacher was really trying to be patient, but was really frustrated and that came through. Problem was, I don't make the important decisions around here. I just relay stuff. Thought of the hour: Multidisciplinary teamwork also involves listening to others vent and keeping people happy before they get frustrated is very important, so that the little people don't get the steam.
