Bakedd blueberry muffins today. They looked kinda odd in the batter-state but they seem to be ok in the oven. I haven't baked in such a long time that the different stages seem odd and funny and not right, but I guess one cannot go to wrong, and if so, the stuff may not look good or have a niec texture, but the taste can't go wrong. But they actually rose, so I am very pleased about that.
It's also odd to hear yourself being talked about even though the things said are agreeable. I suppose it's awkward but I do like to know that that is the brutal honest opinions of other you do not get in simple words when it is said to you after much careful thought.
