I made a mom cry today. It was a good reason, not a bad one so that makes me feel better. She told another therapist that she wonders where her son would be if he had come earlier in life. All those years in the past, now wondering what it would have been if she had come here earlier. Would he be fine by now? Of course that's the question you try not to think about, to bring to the surface. Parents always try to do the best, but who knows what the best is since there's the limited mind and the limited resource.
